European Sales Representative & Brand Ambassador: Driven by new investment and with ambitious growth plans for 2026 and beyond, we’re now expanding our international footprint further across Europe. · Territory: Europe – Germany, Switzerland, and France. We’re looking for a driven and experienced Sales Representative & Brand Ambassador to establish and grow our presence in Europe. With a strong focus on Germany, Switzerland, and France, this is a key strategic region for Whyte – rich in cycling culture, premium retail, and world-class riding terrain. If you thrive in B2B environments, are deeply connected within the cycling industry, and want to play a pivotal role in building a premium brand internationally, this is your opportunity. The role: As our European Sales Representative & Brand Ambassador , you’ll be responsible for developing and supporting our retail network across Germany, Switzerland, and France. You will act as the face of Whyte in the region – building strong partnerships, identifying new opportunities, and driving sustainable growth. What you’ll do: Manage and grow relationships with key Whyte retailers across Europe Leverage existing industry connections to accelerate market entry and expansion Identify and onboard new premium retail partners Develop and execute strategic account plans for long-term growth Deliver product training, merchandising support, and brand education Represent Whyte at trade shows, demo events, and key industry activations Provide market insights and feedback to internal teams Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and product teams What we’re looking for: Minimum 5+ years’ experience in account management , ideally within cycling or premium technical products Strong, established relationships with key retailers in Germany, Switzerland, and/or France A strategic thinker with the ability to identify opportunities and execute growth plans Proven track record in B2B sales and territory development Highly self-motivated , organised, and comfortable working independently across a large region Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Passion for cycling and strong industry knowledge Commercial awareness and experience with CRM systems Ability to travel extensively across Europe Must reside within the territory What we offer: Competitive salary + sales commission Flexible working approach Marketing support Access to Whyte’s full product lineup and resources Partnership with a trusted international brand The opportunity to play a key role in Whyte’s international growth Apply now: If you’re excited about representing a premium British cycling brand and have the experience and connections to make an impact in Europe, we’d love to hear from you.
